CrossFit can be intimidating. We know because we started right where you are now. Wanting to get in great shape. Intrigued by the results people are getting with this new “CrossFit” thing but not knowing where to start, what to expect, or whether you are going to be thrown into a class with super athletes and expected to keep up or die trying.
Worry no longer. Our comprehensive introductory process is designed to alleviate the stress and intimidation of getting started.
Your first step is to contact us using the form on the right, or by giving us a call so we can set up a free 1-on-1 “No Sweat Intro” session.
During the “no sweat” intro we will ask you some questions. But mostly we will listen. We’ll listen to your story. We’ll listen to what you are looking for in a gym. We’ll listen to your goals. And when we are done listening we’ll tell you how we can help you best.
For many that is starting with one-on-one on-ramp sessions to get you up to speed and confident for group classes. For others it is dedicated personal training. Still others will be ready and feel ready to dive right into our CrossFit program. We’ll work with you to find a solution that puts you on a path to success.
A little apprehensive about starting CrossFit? Worried you’ll look silly, or be asked to do movements you can’t do? Afraid you won’t be able to keep up or that you’ll just become lost and confused? After a few weeks you’ll see that your fears were misplaced. But that doesn’t help you feel better about it right now does it? Luckily we’ve got something that will. It’s called On-Ramp
Our On-Ramp program is designed to eliminate the intimidation factor. On-Ramp consists of 5 thirty minute sessions done one-on-one with one of our highly trained and super friendly coaches. During these sessions you will learn all the basics of CrossFit that you’ll need to join our CrossFit Group classes with confidence.
